Troy Cassar-Daley has undergone throat surgery.

Troy noticed a reduction in his vocal range while touring his award winning album ‘Home’ and was diagnosed with a nodule and several serious vocal chord ruptures.

Troy underwent vocal surgery in Boston USA by world renowned Laryngeal Surgeon, Dr. Steven Zeitels, surgeon to Adele, Keith Urban, Steve Tyler, John Mayer, Roger Daltrey and Lionel Richie.

Troy is currently back in Boston receiving further surgery and treatment. Although on complete vocal rest for 6 more weeks, the diagnosis is good and Troy is looking forward to performing with the Queensland Pops Orchestra for the Queensland Festival in July and touring with mate Adam Harvey throughout the rest of the year performing songs from their new album
