Sat, Jun 16th 2012: Adelaide Cabaret Festival – Dunstan Playhouse, Adelaide; Adelaide Festival Centre, King William Road; Troy Cassar-Daley has been playing music for the last 32 years, from his first guitar lessons at ten through to his career that he loves and cherishes to this very day. “I have had many inspirations as a musician from interesting people I have met along the way to amazing places that I have almost had to pinch my self to tell me they are real. I have taken all of these miles into my heart and now I would love to share with you the songs that changed my life as a person and a musician. These songs are stories that tell of our lives in this big brown land , happy and sad, night and day they all have a place in the fabric of our lives and I am looking forward to sharing the songs that gave me hope in times of doubt, opened a door when all seemed shut and brought light when everything seemed dark. This is my simple story “ A Life’s Story in Song”; 3:00pm.
